From the past, the province of Khuzestan was renounced for its textiles and silk weaving industry.

The Karoon River, is one of the longest and most saturated rivers of Iran.

This bridge is approximately 300 m. in length and 14 m. in width, and is one of the masterpieces in bridge construction in Iran and the world.

The village of Salavat Abad or Naman is located 15 km. east of Sanandaj and the Salavat Abad River flows from the south.

This edifice due to its glorifying beauty was known as Baq-e-Ferdows or Garden of Paradise. It was constructed by Haj Mirza Aqasi during the reign of Mohammad Shah Qajar in 1264 AH.
