The said is the resting abode of Imamzadeh Mohammad Ebne Ali reputedly known as Imamzadeh Jafar. He passed away in 424 AH.

This mausoleum is 2.5 km south of Soltanieh city. The facade of this structure is octagonal, but internally it is square in shape. It has porticos on four sides on the ground floor, leading to elaborate halls connected to each other. Smaller porticos, are connected to the larger ones on the ground floor by stair cases.

The same is situated in the Shaheed Raja'ie Ave., of Semnan. The structure consists of a dome, porch, two large halls and a huge terrace in front of the porch.

The said mosque is located in the city center of Semnan. This mosque has four large entrances on four sides.

The said mosque is located opposite the Haj Fath Ali Beig school in the city of Damqan.
